Q: I've received my clogs today, but I am not sure if they fit right.
A: The arch support should feel like it is fitting in the arch of your foot. For open-back clogs, your heel should be at the very back of the clog, or even a tiny bit over. After you start wearing your clogs, the leather over instep will stretch and your foot will fit in. Make sure your toes are not touching the front of the clog. For closed-back clogs, you need to have enough room behind your heel to move freely and your heels should slide up and down while walking.

Q: Is color shown exactly what I will receive?
A: This may depend on your computer monitor and its setting. We can not guarantee an exact color match to your monitor.

Q: Can you send me a catalog?
A: Clogheaven.com is online retailer only, and therefore we do not provide a catalog to our customers. Our website is updated on a regular basis with new styles and sales prices.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Orders shipped to Washington State are automatically charged 9% sales tax. No tax for other customers.
